Job Description:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor equipment availability, performance, and utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
- Address and resolve service-related queries from both retail and corporate customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare maintenance records, technical reports, and equipment-related documentation for process improvement initiatives.
- Carry out on-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and root cause analysis of equipment issues.
- Prepare maintenance service quotations and support business development activities by generating service opportunities.
